As seen in the video, he talks about his girlfriend like she's a normal woman, although everyone else sees her as a human-looking doll. It's disturbing to others and people at the party looked at him strangely. Even when his brother bluntly told him that Bianca is a doll, Lars denies it and can't seem to understand why others' reactions towards him and Bianca.
